Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 25 October 2026
You can ask Brackstone Digital Limited to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how. It covers data from this website, free trial requests, enquiries, our Meta app, Brackstone Automations, and enquiries from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp adverts we run for client businesses.
1. How to ask
Email info@brackstonedigital.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:
- Your name
- The email address or phone number you used with us
- Your business name, if the data relates to your business
- If you responded to an advert, the name of the business whose advert it was, and whether you used a form or WhatsApp
If you cannot email, write to Brackstone Digital Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, with the same details. Please do not use the teardown booking form for this, because that form reports bookings to Google Ads when you have accepted cookies.
2. What happens next
- We reply to confirm we have your request.
- If we need to check that the request comes from you, we ask before deleting anything.
- We delete your data without undue delay and within one month, and email you when it is done. If a request is complex, the law lets us take up to two more months, and we will tell you within the first month if we need to.
- If the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice, we tell you what we kept and why.
- If you have refused or unsubscribed from our marketing emails, we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list, so that we never email you marketing again.
3. Data connected to our Meta app
Our Meta app, Brackstone Automations, is used only by Brackstone to manage adverts on our own Meta ad account. It does not offer Facebook Login, so it is not connected to your personal Facebook account and there is nothing to remove from your Facebook settings.
If you are a client and we have run adverts for your business, we can delete the adverts, images and text we created for you, and our records of their results. Data that Meta holds on its own platforms is managed by Meta under the Meta Privacy Policy. You can also remove our access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time in your Meta business settings.
4. Enquiries from adverts we run for client businesses
If you filled in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or sent a WhatsApp message after tapping an advert, the business whose advert it was controls your details. We handle them only on its behalf. To have them deleted:
- Email info@brackstonedigital.co.uk with the details listed in Section 1, or ask the business directly.
- We pass your request to that business without undue delay, delete any copy we hold for it once it agrees, and tell you when we have done so. We aim to finish within one month, as above.
- The business, not us, deletes its own records and its WhatsApp chat with you, under its own privacy notice.
- Meta holds lead form answers for the business; you can ask Meta about the data it holds through the Meta Privacy Policy. WhatsApp normally removes messages from its servers once they are delivered, so your chat is kept on your device and on the business's device. Deleting the chat in WhatsApp removes it from your device only; it does not delete the business's copy, so ask the business, or us, for that. The WhatsApp UK privacy policy explains what WhatsApp itself keeps.
5. More information
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold, why we hold it and your other rights under UK GDPR. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
