These terms apply when you use brackstonedigital.co.uk and when we use our Meta app, Brackstone Automations, on your behalf. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Brackstone Digital Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17159711. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can email us at info@brackstonedigital.co.uk.
2. Using this website
- You may use this website to learn about our services, book a teardown and request a free trial.
- Do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam through our forms, trying to break its security or copying it in bulk.
- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error free or online.
- Examples, transcripts and names marked as illustrative are made up to show how something works.
3. Our services
Paid work and free trials are covered by the terms we agree with you when you sign up. If those terms differ from these, the terms we agreed with you apply.
4. Our Meta app
Brackstone Automations is a Meta app that only Brackstone uses. It is not offered to the public and does not offer Facebook Login. We use it through a system user in our own Meta business account to create and manage adverts on our own Meta ad account and to read their results.
If we run adverts for your business:
- We only use your Facebook Page or Instagram account after you have given us access to it in Meta.
- We create adverts paused and start them only when you have approved them.
- You can remove our access in your Meta business settings at any time.
- Meta's own terms and policies also apply to adverts that run on Facebook and Instagram.

The text, design and images on this website belong to Brackstone Digital Limited or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content for commercial use without asking us first.

7. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your rights as a consumer, if you have them, are not affected by these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them.
